Men’s Open Individual Medal and Seniors 9-Hole Individual Competition
The Results Are In!
Abergele Golf Club had a fantastic day of golf on Tuesday 22nd August 2023, where we hosted two exciting competitions- the Men’s Open Individual Medal and the Senior’s Open 9-Hole Individual. The day was filled with great sportsmanship and competitiveness.
Men’s Open Individual Medal
The Men’s Open Individual Medal saw some impressive performances. The results are:
| 1st | Neil Wilkinson | Abergele | 68 |
| 2nd | Paul Marshall | Abergele | 69 |
| 3rd | Phil Hodgson | Abergele | 70 |
Mark Hudman from Cardiff Golf Club was awarded the Best Visitor, with a score of 20.
Senior’s Open 9-Hole Individual Competition
The Senior’s Open 9-Hole Individual competition also brought in some great performances. The results are:

| 2nd | Stan Wooton | Abergele | 19 |
Hole In Two’s
The day also saw some impressive shots, with Simon Lewis, Stephen Andrews, Gary Wetton, Billy Hankinson, Trevor Prydderch, Matt Lindquist and Mark Hudman achieving a hole in two.
