Men’s Open Betterball
Abergele Golf Club was buzzing with excitement on Saturday 26th August 2023, as we hosted our Men’s Open Betterball tournament. We welcomed a whopping 188 people, all eager to play our course and show off their skills.

Results Are In!
Here are the results:

| 3rd | J. Wilde and L. Dwayne | 42 (CPO) | |
| 4th | Simon Lewis and Clifford Glenn | Abergele | 42 (CPO) |
Although the competition was fierce, there were a few notable players who stood out from the rest. Glenn Shaw and Simon Hopkins may not have won any prizes, but they certainly impressed with their score of 42 points (CPO).
Hole-in-Two’s
But it wasn’t just the players’ skills that were noteworthy. The day was filled with impressive shots and moments of pure thrill, with ten players scoring a fantastic hole in two. Neil Wilkinson, Mark McAllister, Dion Jones, Dewi Roberts, A.B. Thomas, Simon Lewis, Simon Hopkins, Dave Smith, Dave Gerrard, and Paul Clayton all managed to achieve this impressive feat.
