Hole Eighteen

“My favourite hole on the course, this tee shot allows you to see out to the coast and all the way up to Rhyl and to the 18th green and clubhouse with stunning views. With danger left and right the key here is to find the fairway. The longer hitters can take the line to the left side of the green and carry their ball to the second plateau leaving an opportunity to go for the green in two. The real difficulty in this finishing hole is after the tee shot, every shot thereafter the ball is above your feet with no flat stance, so keeping balance is critical. Once you reach the green you will notice the front of the green is raised and the green slopes heavily from front to back. If your going to miss the green, to miss long is better than short as this leaves the easiest chip and from the green, pace control is essential.” – Pro’s Tip
